"I have lived here you over a year and thoroughly enjoy it. Never have any problems, the neighbors are friendly. My aunt lived in this complex for several years and she loved it here too. Your apartment must be kept clean, but that is fine with me because who wants to deal with bugs because other people are dirty."
"Not recommended. Management is way too overbearing and in your business and pesters you about every little thing, you'll get notes on your door about everything they don't like. They only let you have 2 cars per apartment, you'll get a lease violation if they feel you're apartment is not neat and tidy enough during their monthly fire inspection. And guests aren't allowed to stay more than 3 days."
