"There is a basketball shooting court that is visited all hours disturbing the my friends and residents directly next door with their ball game and yelling. The apartments appear to share air intake as every toxic smell is shared between Apts. I recommended my friends contact the housing dept. On the positive side the lawn is well maintained and the apartments appear well cared for"

"I lived in these apartment homes for 2 years and never experienced what I’ve read in these reviews. Dinah is a great manager and always treated me with respect and kindness. I’ve seen other Asst.Managers come and go and never experienced anything other than kindness. Nancy was always kind and respectful and always made sure the work orders were completed. "The managers are the literal definition of evil heartless monsters. They treat the residence horribly one would even describe that treatment as abuse, and speaking of abuse they do EVERYTHING they can to abuse they're power as managers. They deface residence and their guests personal property. They make up rules constantly then don't notify ANYONE of these ridiculous rules and threaten to evict them because they weren't following the brand new made up rule. The price of rent is beyond insane for how horrible the condition of the buildings are in. They're rude, snobby, bullies, and criminals. I wouldn't recommend that place to my WORST enemy!"

"This is the worst apartment complex that I have lived in by far. I would not recommend my worst enemy to live here. If I could rate it lower than one star I would. I have a serious cockroach problem that has persisted for over a month and the management refuses to do anything to help me. They are all over the kitchen, in the bathroom, and even crawl into my bed! The management claims that they will spray or fog the apartment each Monday to remove the cockroaches, but they never do. They even lost their copy of the key to my apartment, claimed that it was my fault, and asked me to replace it. When I told them that there were 80+ cockroaches living behind the back panel of my fridge, they told me it was my responsibility to clean it out and get rid of the cockroaches! I have never seen such immense neglect from a management for their residents. Not to mention that my apartment smells like a heavy smoker has lived here for 10 years, and that they frequently have problems with their hot water pipes so that I don't even get hot water to my apartment once ever other week! The only positive to this complex is that the office staff is friendly. Do not ever live here."
