"Came to visit one of my close friends after she moved here and the property has so much to offer! I love the barbecue area and "porch" swings circle. The pool is a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but seems well maintained. The only drawback that I noticed was that the community isn't gated, other than that I was impressed. Makes me wish I worked closer so I could move here!"

Nigel is always informative and up-to-date on protocol and gets the job done in a timely, professional manner. I would absolutely recommend having these apartments as your next home!"
"I give Newport Oaks a bad review. There is no communication at all from the office staff to the residents. They tell you one thing and they do the opposite. The office staff is not helpful they always change management can't keep anyone here. There constantly charging you for things that's not in your lease. Stay away..you feel like your living in prison."
