"Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Horrible living conditions. Horrible customer service in leasing office. Janette is the worse office employee I’ve ever met. Pre application communication is fine & dandy until you pay app fees. After that, no answer, no follow ups, nothing. She took my money & just moved on like as if I never existed. Save your time and money. There are much better/family friendly apartments who have employees that actually care."
"I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but these are the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. Zero stars would be the more honest review. They switched owners recently and I think both owners were/are terrible. The living conditions of these complexes are poor. There are problems left and right. Mold and water damage in literally almost every unit, water heater issues, leaking, bursting pipes (even at random). No one answers maintence requests ever. The mailbox situation needs to be updated. Sometimes the keys will not even work in them and they are just stuck. Your family will get sick being exposed to this mold, do yourself a favor and do not move here. Your health and sanity would be at risk."
"I've lived here for just over two years now and have generally had good experiences. Every issue I've brought up to the manager has been dealt with in a timely manner. The other reviewer is correct, there was a secretary working here that was extremely rude. Thankfully she doesn't work there anymore."
