"Priscilla McCarrell is an excellent manager to work with. She always goes above and beyond to help my sister with any maintenance repair and lately to get the apartment my sister was interested in. She also quickly responded and was very thorough with explaining all documents and things needed. The apartments are well kept and the whole staff is very friendly."

"So many reviews focus on the negative. I'm going to focus on the positive. Priscilla the office manager is AMAZING. She truly has the residents best interest and is dedicated to the follow through .If you have a problem,complaint or issue she will hear you out and clarify to assure understanding all the while giving you updates. Her assistant manager Christie is just as wonderful. She is always polite and friendly and above all helpful. Victor the head of maintenance is a true gem. Always friendly.If you have a maintenance request that comes in late at the end of the day he will stay over to make sure your problem gets fixed They finally got it right with the staff that is currently here ."

"So I posted a review earlier today and after some thought I felt I needed to clarify a few things. As I stated in the previous review Priscilla, Christie, and Victor are truly fantastic. You cannot ask for better staff than those at Westwood Park Apartments. All of them are always available for the residents and their concerns. There have been several times that Priscilla has been on property dealing with maintenance problems or resident issues long after 5 o'clock or on weekends. Same goes for Victor the head of maintenance. They are dedicated to the residents. The issues I mentioned as far as the water problems go most of the time involve the city or old equipment and their hands are tied and in no way should reflect negatively on office staff. They also cannot control the cleanliness of certain residents. Your going to have those problems with any complex and should not reflect on staff. As far as the laundry room goes. The outsource to a third party and again should not reflect on the. For me, I am happy here and it works for me. If you are looking for an apartment stop by and check it out."

"I would recommend Westwood Park Apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I’m a 4 year resident here and I love it they have reasonable rent pricing. The property manager Priscilla has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced she gets to know her residents and despite any situation she makes this place feel like a community. The maintenance team responds and addresses all concerns promptly. In the four years I have lived here the property has improved tremendously."
