Valerie and the rest of the staff were friendly, approachable, and always willing to help me with any queries or concerns. From leasing to move-in and beyond, they've made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It's clear that they genuinely care about their residents' satisfaction, and it truly sets this complex apart. Also, the apartments themselves. They're modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. I immediately fell in love with the layout and the attention to detail in every corner. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better than this. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, shops, restaurants, and parks, it strikes the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live here, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in search of their perfect home."

"I was resident here for One year and it was a nightmare we had the children of the corn living above us in which a year with no sleep that it affected our lives.We were miserable I placed numerous complaints with the front office the first night and all they could say we will advise them. Anyway let’s talk about the cats infestation, the trash is the hallways that are never picked nor ever cleaned, leaking trash smell thru the vestibules this place is located in nice area but is trash..let’s talk about they office manager, staff and I bumped heads and my move out went from $619 to 3,000 because they claimed of damages …corporate office is a joke of course the investigation lead of behalf of their staff but I’ve been on payment arrangements for a year now just heads up they Caribbean lady is a liar if u deal with her record the conversation. If you have a son of color be careful they racially profile the lil brown boys that live there if something is broken or vandalized. Attach is my move out pictures you be the judge of an apartment that was left damaged??"

"Just moved from Chicago and was super excited about the opportunity to join your community. As myself and my husband walked through the door we were met with arrogance and annoyance. We had an appointment scheduled and were treated as if we were walk ins. The young lady at the desk never smiled, never introduced herself asked us what we were looking for and immediately started writing on a piece of paper with the fees. No tour of the apartments just a floor plan. Very very disappointing!"
