"The last two times I ordered for pick up (my birthday and my dad’s birthday), I was so disappointed when I got home with the food. They only gave us 4 onion rings and the wings hardly had any meat- they were mostly batter. The second time, I checked the food at the counter when I picked it up and they had to take it back to add the right amount of wings that I paid for. And I had to wait an additional 20 minutes than my pick up time. Now I just pick up from the East Peoria location and don’t have to take the food back in for them to make it right every time I pick up."

"Food and atmosphere are usually pretty decent but to hear the waitress staff tell it the kitchen is always backed up. We’ve waited for an appetizer to the point of being completely fed up and leaving. I still wonder if they had to hand make the chips and salsa that day. There are other restaurants in the area that aren’t going to have you waiting 45 minutes for an appetizer so I wouldn’t make this your first choice."

"Stopped in and I've never been treated so Horrible in my life. Was sat at a table (by the manager)that hadn't been wiped down, then the server walked by us 3 times & we finally had to ask her to serve us. Then I was given a stale beer. I asked for olive juice & was told they didn't have any. But then I asked them to open a new jar & they miraculously found olive juice. Ordered our food and wasn't given any of the dips we ordered, no utensils & no napkins. At this point I went up to talk to the manager. I was firm and told him what had happened. I did not yell or curse. The next think we know if we are being kicked out for "the way we talked to the staff" Tina, the manager was the worse! She was so rude and a down right b****! STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!!"

"My wife and I had stopped eating at Buffalo Wild Wings because we didn’t like the large drumstick wings they were serving. We decided at the last minute to try Buffalo Wild Wings again. We both almost at the same time made the same comment as to how different and good the wings were. I must say they were very tasty. Our waiter was great. Now I can say, we are back going to Buffalo Wild Wings!"
