"Ordered a pizza from them on the app said 30 min got a text from a number said it would be 638 then when the time got close got a text from another number saying it would be 641-651 at 715 I called the shop and was told it just left the store. And the lady on the phone acted like it was no big deal. I will not be ordering from there again. The choice is yours but never again"

"Almost 2 hours after ordering and still sitting at the restaurant waiting on the one underpaid delivery driver. App says 35 mins but whoever answered the phone assures me "they got me & its been ready awhile" whatever that means. Canceled and reminded why I don't go here anymore and you shouldn't either."
"I placed an online order and the store manager called to inform me of a possible delay with my order. He stated that he would be the one to deliver the order, as he was short-staffed. I feel that he went above and beyond with his courteous nature; he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and just an all-around great person of leadership! I did NOT catch his name, but his good deed DID NOT go unnoticed. Thank you again!"
