"We ordered delivery and they couldn't deliver because the driver left early. So we went to pick up and something happened where the order wasn't ready so we sat and waited for them to make it. I felt so bad because it was just a girl working the phone and counter and one cook and they were overwhelmed you could tell, but they were very polite and everything that happened was not their fault. They gave us a credit for all the trouble, so they do right by customers when things go awry. And the bonus was the food was super hot and fresh. I give them kudos for being grace under pressure. We will be back for the great customer service."
