"Stopped to order drinks, but they didn't announce the names of the drinks very loud if at all, so we sat waiting for a long time. The drinks didn't taste the greatest either."
"I went in to get my drink and was immediately surrounded with good vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. The barista Tiara had such a great personality and really showcased all of the qualities of a great employee by going above and beyond and having an optimistic, upbeat attitude. Love her. 100% recommend this Starbucks, and definitely ask for Tiara!! :)"
"The last 3 times has been an epic fail. But I’ll just talk about the very last time. I ordered an apple crisp espresso. I’m not sure if that’s the exact name but it’s a Fall drink. I told the male that I don’t like the taste of coffee, he has no recommendations on what I could add so I asked how many sugars come with it and I told him to add 3 more. My total went up to $7 something and I didn’t understand that because sugar usually doesn’t cost. Anyway, I was in a rush and when I made it in to work and after I tweaked my drink with pouring out and adding other stuff at work, I looked at the slip on my cup. I knew something wasn’t right. I won’t be back. I gave them several chances."
"This Starbucks is always, always slow. I don’t know what continues to make it so drastically different from all the other area locations. It’s the most convenient by a long shot for me so when the line looks reasonable, I’ll give it a go. This time, I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frapp for my daughter and they handed me the drink and I was a little shocked, asked why it’s filled up half way from the bottom with whip cream. He replied and said yes they put some on the bottom but that’s more than usual, got the person who made the drink, and she comes to the window and says, “sorry, it was a new whip canister and it came out really fast and was super runny, sorry.” AND THEY BOTH WALKED AWAY. So, you knew it was ridiculous, served it anyway. Got called out, did nothing. I did not pay over $5 for a drink that’s half whip cream and caramel sauce, how absurd. The line was of course slow per usual at and clearly they had no interest in fixing. Get it together!"
