"Been living here for a year, no real complaints other than parking. And my parking issue is from the fact I pay for a reserved spot, like many others do, which are all numbered. Now some spots don’t haves the reserved parking sign but it doesn’t matter since all the spots are numbered yet at least 2x a month for the past few months some idiot is in my spot when I come in late from working. You literally can’t be this damn stupid to where you park in a reserved spot. It’s become annoying at this point when it happens because only someone with half a damn brain cell left would keep parking where they’re not supposed to. I would say be smarter but it’s clear the ones who do it aren’t to bright."

"There are loads of criminals at this complex. It is beautiful on the outside but the beauty stops there. From drug dealers to drug buyers to animal abusers and animal killers. No I brought it to the attention of management more than once she could care less and it's all about the numbers and keeping the units filled so the owners will be happy. A whole lot of mold or mildew as well. Apartments are not the size they are being depicted"

"I have lived here for almost 4 years. I have upgraded to every single apartment the best part of living here is the location by far; the maintenance staff are very nice people who try to do their best, but are very limited. The new company that took over, Greystar, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every apartment that I lived in had an issue. The fire alarms randomly go off. The events that we pay $25 a month or rarely used. They always have cancellations. People smoke cigarettes and marijuana outside and it goes into your apartment. They give you no notice and barge into apartment. I have moved into apartments that have mold, cockroaches, and overall dirty smell, yet it’s my responsibility to have it thoroughly cleaned before moving. They charge a ridiculous moving out fee if you have to leave. All of the good managers have left and are replaced by uncaring, tone deaf, and strict managers. You pay an obscene amount of money and it is totally not worth it. They nickel and dime you for every little thing even upon moving out, they gave me a checklist of things they will charge me, like $5 for a light bulb, $5 to patch a painting hole, etc….. they have an elevator that was out for almost 2 months. They had another elevator that wouldn’t allow you to even go down. You would have to go up one floor, and then press the down button to go all the way to the 1st floor. There garbage pick up service barely picked up the garbage, yet they will charge you $35 a month. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of apartment buildings nearby that will treat you with more respect and give you more value for your hard earned money. That’s why they keep getting bought over……"

"Beautifully appointed and well managed complex in a fantastic location. Very pleasant living situation with attached garage, high ceilings, clean and comfortable. The waterway sidewalks offer a convenient 6 mile walking loop right outside the door. be aware: a garage spot is extra $, daily trash valet is extra $ and there is an additional fee for amenities. also the pool area is noisy like a day care all week and like a big party all week end. opt for a different view if you value your peace and quiet."
