"I thought I could try a different Papa John's location since the one on Sheridan is terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats. All customization requests were disregarded (I asked for light sauce and no pepperoni on my meatball Papadia, but it was swimming in sauce and contained pepperoni) and both items I ordered were burnt. The Papadia managed to be both burnt on the edges but also soggy and falling apart in the middle thanks to the heavy sauce. Rest assured I learned my lesson in thinking I could EVER get a decent meal from a Papa John's location. Your employees just don't care."
