"We ordered 2 sausage & 1 pepperoni the only was they kept making was cheese. Then when the sausage or pepperoni was done they gave it to the customer that just came in. The order was taken at 4:06 & we didn't get our pizza 4:30 something but 4-6 people after us all got their pizza. Very very sad."
"I mean it's a Lil Caesars so, what you'd expect. But I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait 15mins even though there was no rush or crowd. #slow"
"I consider myself a patient person, but this location infuriates me. They get orders wrong EVERY time. I use the app to make orders which automatically selects the nearest Little Caesers location, which I now understand to be a mistake, because the nearest location to me is a trash heap. I never get mad about food. I've gotten wrong or missing orders many times, but this is the only place that I've ever ordered from in my life to have a 0% accuracy. Bizzare, considering everything is in writing, sent via the mobile app. You would think that this would decrease the chance of miscommunication, seeing as how there is little room for human error. You would be completely incorrect. Its actually quite impressive that they still manage to mess up even 2 Item orders. Now perhaps you're asking yourself "maybe it's just the online ordering that is the problem?" NOPE On four different occasions now, I have physically travelled to the location and waited 20-30 minutes in person, only to have them tell me they just gave my order away or havent started it yet even. In summary, I normally enjoy Little Caesers pizza, but this location in particular actively steals money from me by charging for items that are never delivered and wastes my time in person. I'm deleting the app and getting pizza elsewhere. I suggest anyone in this area do the same."
"Picked up a pizza and cheesy bread for dinner. Got really excited when I saw the cheesy bread because it looked like it had a lot of cheese on it but really it was just raw dough! I bit into it and I immediately noticed no crunch and the taste of straight dough in my mouth. I pulled the piece apart and could literally see the raw dough inside. Disgusting!!!"
