"Office staff is so awesome! Channing an Kaitlyn have helped me through my toughest times last year. The complex is always clean and upkept. Definitely going to be staying here long term. Rey (Maintenance) is so sweet and professional with his work. There is never a wait when there is an issue. Overall the communication, the property, and the staff deserves 5 stars. Thank you Willow Creek! you guys are awesome!"

"Great place to be. Very quiet and very very clean. I have a service dog, and if she's not happy we never stay. My dog freaks out about all bugs, and this place has no infestation of any kind. No roaches, ants, beatles, bees, or flies. She's very happy here and loves the attention she gets from all the neighbors, as long as they don't try to touch her (: Neighbors are decent. Don't mess with me, and mind their own business. I prefer to keep to myself, but if im approached ill talk back to them they all seem nice. Neighbors aren't noisy either. There are a few Karen's who walk their dogs trying to find issues, but I have not had any crazy Karen incidents yet. They keep the pool area top shape. It seems like every week there is landscapers tending the property. I love that!! Maintenance has been very quick to answer my requests. I appreciate that alot. My packages have never been taken from my porch or my mailbox. It's pretty secure, and I have packages almost daily. There is a fee of $50 for not picking up after pets.Doesnt seem that they enforce this too often because there's always dog droppings outside, which is very gross to me. but that would honestly be my most negative observation about Willowcreek. Fine these nasty people!!!! The managers are really great. They do alot of events for the community. We have lots of community activities, and they bring out food trucks as well. Thats pretty dope! Channing is always answering my off the wall questions without judgement, she's very nice and kind. Then there's Kaytlin the assistant manager. I'm very grateful to her, she made the move in process so easy! I mean it, thank you from Iris and I we are very comfortable and happy in the unit she placed us in. I'm very very busy and the entire process was done virtually on my time and I did not feel pressured through the entire process or mislead."

"Building 4 here! Love it here! Any small issues we’ve ever had were taken care of right away! Office staff is super nice and helpful, the maintenance crew here is awesome! They keep the pool and grill area clean, lawn always kept neat! We’ve sign are lease for the third time, no complaints here! Don’t let some bad apples stop you from considering moving here!
