"I would not know what it is like living at these apartments. The photos look very nice, and the lobby is beautiful. HOWEVER, my fiancé and I never made it beyond the lobby to the tour. One of the management team members was rude, not helpful, and biased. There was a couple that walked in (exact same time as my fiancé and I) with an appointment at the same time as us. She proceeds to speak with them and take care of them and told us to have a seat. After we told her we also had an appointment the same time as the other couple, her only response was “ oh I don’t know how that could’ve happened, but they were here first”. How could she possibly know that when she was in her office?! After speaking to her after the couple left (and being left in the lobby 35 minutes after our SCHEDULED appointment) her responses were excuses instead of being genuinely concerned. We left and will NOT return! This really is an inconvenience seeing this was our top apartment complex to view."
"Wow! This is a beautiful property! The entrance gives Florida Resort vibes. The beautiful lake, the landscape, and the ducks is like renting a vacation home. Maintenance and staff are amazing. I'm visiting, but definitely makes me want to move to Tomball just to live here."
