"I have been living here for a year and a few months and it has been great! From work orders getting done in less than 48 hours, to the staff being amazing! Marco and Pam are so friendly and attentive. Can't wait for the summer to enjoy our beautiful pool again!"

"I have been a resident for a little bit over a year, & I renewed for another year. I’ve enjoyed living at SYNC, & I’ve honestly never had an issue here. Marco originally helped me with leasing last year, & Pam was gracious to reach out about an issue with my new lease. I will say that I do think having cameras on the property would do some good & would put many residents at ease since crime has no address. I would love to see some more greenery on the property like flowers! But, so far so good, home sweet home!"

"We have been at Sync- Spring Cypress for 2 weeks. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It is convenient to all sorts of stores. Restaurants deliver here. We have lots of closet space. The appliances work as expected. Maintenance resolves our issues quickly, usually the same day."

"My experience living at SYNC at Spring Cypress was great at first, but it began changing quickly throughout the year that I lived there. Now, I believe that the positive part of my experience didn’t have anything to do with SYNC at Spring Cypress, but had more to do with the fact that it was my first time living alone, which I loved. I also want to preface this post by saying that everyone has different preferences and needs when it comes to choosing a place to live. If your preferences or needs as a renter are similar to mine, you may want to consider a better option before choosing SYNC at Spring Cypress as a place to live. The office staff has always been nice, courteous, and it does seem they care, but I don’t believe it was always genuine. I had been asked to share feedback on multiple occasions, and had also shared unsolicited feedback with the staff through a phone call or by visiting the office, however I didn’t see any changes at all. Other residents shared the some of the same concerns and had addressed them prior to me doing so. I don’t believe that the needs, concerns, or comfort of the residents are the top priority at this location. For example, parking is difficult, especially if you often receive guests. The staff at SYNC at Spring Cypress is well aware of this. If I didn’t find a spot near my unit, I often had to walk pretty far. Unless you get home between 5-6pm everyday, finding parking will be an annoyance to you. Visitor parking is even more limited considering how many units are at this property. One of my guest’s car was towed because he parked near the visitor parking, and not in a designated visitor parking space. However, he didn’t have any other option. There were also plenty of other parking spaces left for residents. After telling the office about that experience, the best “solution” I was given was for my guests to park outside of the property if there is no available space. Another issue was the trash policy. The trash policy asked residents to place their receptacle outside only between the hours of 6pm-8pm from Sunday to Thursday. In addition, they must have moved the trash receptacle back inside their apartment before 8am. If residents violated the policy, they would be charged a $50 fee. This policy was far from effective nor was it enforced, as for as I know. There were trash bags outside of my neighbors’ doors everyday of the week, which contributed to a foul smell outside of my building. The trash bags made the place look even more dirty as it was already not well kept. The concrete had many stains. I had to be especially careful when stepping. There was a time when I called the office about vomit on the stairs and it took someone two days to finally clean it up. There is more I could share about my experience while living there, but I’d like to share my experience with SYNC at SC after leaving. I received my safety deposit refund in the mail within a timely manner, however it wasn’t the full amount and was missing the itemized accounting of deductions which was promised by my lease agreement. I didn’t receive the full amount I initially paid, though I left the place immaculate (better than I found it, see photos attached), so I made my best effort to figure out why. I called the office many, many times. I left a voicemail. I wrote an email. I even called SYNC Residential. No one has gotten back to me yet from SYNC at Spring Cypress. I had a friend call the same office after I called several times on the same day, and they returned her call, but not mine. I haven’t received a response to my email. Moreover, SYNC Residential sent me an email apologizing for the delay in their response to my call more than a week later, but didn’t call back. During my stay, I was a vocal resident. I didn’t have a problem that SYNC at SC didn’t know about. I couldn’t complain if I never voiced my issues with the place, but I did, which is what’s most concerning to me. Overall, the responsiveness of the staff is what makes the difference, which is why I decided not to extend my stay."
