"We stood outside half an hour for the guy to come measure the battery. We had called ahead to see if they put it in, and they said it depends. he never looked at the car or measured the battery. He said they had one and handed my hubby some tools. Now after 1.5 hours, not a hard job, but hubby just had back surgery so mobility and bending over was an issue. Once the battery was out it was another 15 min for them to find a battery. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else where they actually have customer service we were already committed and here with a bad battery. This place doesn't offer any great pricing or customer service."
