"Absolute worst apartments around! Management sucks… I called several times for repairs on stuff.. and it would take days for someone to come.. the gates were ALWAYS broken!! Last time I called maintenance because there was a leak from the vents.. and the maintenance man told me “bring a container to the office for paint.. and you can paint over it” can’t imagine how much mold is in the units!!! Management will constantly harass as well! Please save yourself the trouble and DONT MOVE THERE!!!"

"My husband and I moved to Texas about six months ago from Wisconsin and we toured lots of apartments before we came to Avenues at Northpointe. We could not be any happier with our decision to move in to these apartment homes! The apartments are in a prime area close to loads of restaurants, shopping and worship opportunities. Our apartment is spacious and has an attached garage (this actually was one of the key deciding factors for us) our neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept and include lots of amenities (pool, gym, dog park and much more!). Everyone in the leasing office and the maintenance staff have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. The awesome leasing office team, led by the fabulous Renée, coordinate several fun activities each month for the residents to enjoy (at Christmas they had dinner catered for us by Adriatic Café, and gave away some great prizes at the end of the night). We are so thankful that we found such a wonderful community to move in to and The Avenues at Northpointe have made our move to Texas all that more enjoyable!"

"Had to pleasure of getting to tour this complex and oh my goodness I fell in love. The team is wonderful, the location is around so many shopping centers and schools which are quite literally down the road. "I have to give high praise to the Avenues at Northpointe across the board. My husband and I just moved in in September and could t be happier. Unfortunately my husband has suffered some serious health issues requiring him to be hospitalized for 3 weeks. I am not usually comfortable about staying alone at night. However, the fact that I could drive into my private garage and safely enter my house was a great comfort. Never once was a startled or disturbed at night due to noise. The property is peaceful. When I reached out to the office and maintenance to help install safety equipment in the apartment for when my husband came home, Christy and Angel were on it. We could not be happier living here. And while they might think these things are minor to me and my husband themean the world. And have made our burdens easier to manage. My heartfelt gratitude to all who make the Avenues such a wonderful place to call home. Kim and Marc"
