"My concern is there is no security for this property site. On weekends folks have wild drunken parties with glass beer bottles in the pool. Sunday 9/3/2023 incident closed the pool for 3 days. Management ignored residents informing them of the happenings on weekends just the week before."

"I?ve been living at Forest View apartment for five year by now, I feel home when I come back to my apt. This is a great community with a great management and maintenance services team. They are friendly and considerate and make you feel part of a family. I am at 10 min from work and from places to go to eat, have fun and distract."
"Living here for the past 2 years has been a great experience. The area is nice and quiet as well as the neighbors. The staff at the front office is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Maintenance is very polite, quick, and efficient correcting things the day of. It is apparent they put love and effort into creating a welcoming environment. Glad to call this my home!"
"Absolutely love Forest View! The people at the office are extremely nice and have worked hard to make our stay here as enjoyable as possible. When we first moved in, there were a few problems with our apartment and they were very quick and seemed happy to help us! It’s beautiful here! The pool is always kept clean, the trees are kept in check, and the grass is well managed. They even goes as far as to host delightful community events, like the “end of summer” pool party meant for all residents that was put together recently. They had drinks, food, treats, raffles, and toys for children to play with that attended (bubbles, pool games/toys, ect.)."
