"Maintenance is stellar. They literally come within like an hour. Rarely do I ever need to call for maintenance to begin with. Office staff is great also. Very eager to help and manager takes care of things very fast. There was a tree that fell on the fence during a storm and the very next morning they were out chopping that tree up getting it fixed. Overall, excellent experience living here!! Lots of fun events too! Bedrooms are huge also!"

"I cannot speak more highly of Lakewood Apartments. The property is beautifully maintained, quiet and peaceful. I truly appreciate the sense of community that the management team has been able to foster. They are very thoughtful with the resident events that they host and are extremely helpful with any questions I have. The maintenance team is also great and fulfill my maintenance requests in a timely manner. I am confident in saying that you will not be disappointed when choosing to call Lakewood Apartments home!"

"The move-in and move-out process was explained thoroughly and the staff there was completely open to questions and concerns. The premises are well-kept, and the management is extremely timely with requests. During my stay, one of the burners on my stove broke, and a polite gentleman came to fix with early the next day. Another incident that occurred was I heard strange noises outside my door, and I was concerned. I called the office, and they sent two men to drive by my door within minutes to investigate the issue. They called me and explained the noises, so I did not have to worry. I really appreciated the promptness of their response and their understanding. I had to break my lease and leave due to personal issues, but this complex had nothing to do with my early leave. They were kind and understanding to me as a first-time apartment tenant. Ms. Catherine and Ms. Tina are both incredibly nice and professional. They send text and email updates just enough to keep you in the loop, but not enough to be bothersome. The complex also has nice events during the year, especially for children. I do not have any complaints and only have great things to say. 10/10."

"Update - we lived here for about 8 months approaching our end of lease soon. It is nice community, quiet & safe. A couple things I recommend. Get Reserved parking because everyone wants to park close of course. Unless you don't mind parking near the fence and walking then you are good. Wanna go to gym? Additional 1 time fee of $25 to get a key. Also, you get 1 key fob for gate and if you want a 2nd it's an additional $75. Also, if the person in front of you struggling to open gate or forgot there code. Open it for them. Be nice pass it on! Original - Came in and Tina was a delight. She helped us with the application process and showed us around. She was also super friendly and attentive to any comments or concerns we had."
