"Three teenager employees standing around, one customer had purchased ice cream while I was in there. No one went through the drive thru. I was told that I needed to go across the store to be helped. Mind you I was standing at the full donut case of which I wanted to order a dozen. I said never mind I’d just take my mobile order and leave. No donuts for breakfast tomorrow."
"Long wait in the crazy stupid driver thru. I liked the old location much better. I now go to Starbucks because of how the drive thru is."
"Came here with my family. My son wanted the advertised kid bowl. They didn’t have any of the decorations or the bowls. So, we got just a plain scoop for him. Then I wanted a banana split. They didn’t have bananas. So I then asked for a sundae. I wanted hot fudge. After I paid for it they said they didn’t have any. So I asked for caramel. They apparently didn’t have that either so they put chocolate sauce on it. Management needs to do a better job of watching their stock so they can get items they need on shipments so customers are disappointed repeatedly in one visit. Workers were incredibly nice."

"This place went down hill after moving the young people working in there can't make a coffee. everything is nasty they sit around joking instead of tending to people and who knows who the manager is. I will never go back. Ordered a frozen mocha when I got a ice mocha so they just threw it in blender all watered down the kid looked like he just come back from the dispensary couldn't even keep his eyes open. Yeah been there 4 times and every time they mess stuff up. In the old building the employees where on top of it now sense they moved I have to say this is the worst Dunkin I have been to"
