"Used to live here years back and it was alright, but this new management they got along with the maintenance crew ,make it a great place to live at. Management is always helpful and responsive, and they make sure your maintenance requests get completed ASAP, they really care about their tenants."

"Long Review but to sum it up this place is awesome. I've been here since Oct. 2014 and everybody has there own experiences here. Since I've lived here it's always been good but the last year with the new ownership and the management team it's been great . I love living here and here's why. Every time something needs attention they take care of it. The maintenance personnel are very good and the new owners are making this place something worth your money. The trees are beautiful. All my neighbors are great. I love all the Young families with there kids here. Safe as anywhere to have your family. It may sound like I'm delusional about living in a apartment complex but in my opinion this place that I call home is as close to perfect as your going to find."

"I have been here going on 8 years this past March. I came here in 2015 with my 1 year old daughter (now 9 years old) and honestly, I was not impressed with the way management was. I won't knock them down, but there was definitely room for improvement. Come Summer of 2022 and that's when new management took over and things really started to progress much better. Immediately, new procedures took affect: new camera system with a gate opener on the phone. Security has increased making myself and others feel safer. I have noticed maintenance working on new updates to the apartments, new paint, new countertops, new landscaping planned out. They even have lots of fun events for the tenants to come out with the kids to enjoy. They communicate by email and text. When I call for help, it's immediate for the most part or they try to get help right away. Thank you new management for improving our surroundings and caring! *Cat*"

"If i could give this no stars i would. Ive lived all over the houston area and never have i ever experienced anything like this. First, these apartments are overpriced, there not updated still look like the 1900’s. There are big potholes that will literally take ur bumper off if ur not careful and every single day you have to drive around it to avoid it. The roachesss!!! Omg these apartments are infested with the little german roaches!! I pay nearly $1000 in rent and i live with roaches! It’s ridiculous!! It gets worse, the apartments pay for a tow trucker to tow away car parked incorrectly but the apartments cants pay for security?? Someone is going around keying EVERYONES car and spray painting them!! The managers dont care!!! My car was keyed last night!!!! Water bill is high? Oh yeah it’s because in the summer when the pool opens we all have to pay higher water bills because of the pool! How does this make sense?? Ohh and when i moved in my apartment, it was cleaned but they left the apartment unlocked during the renovation time and a bunch of homeless people were sleeping in my apartment before i moved in… fun stuff… my base boards were prechewed by the previous owners and my tub was clogged with the previous owners dog, they wouldnt unclog the tub for a week and i had to shower in filthy dog hair water…luckily we are a gated community oh but wait the gate NEVER CLOSES!!! Worst apartments ive ever lived in."
