"We went and Detail one truck and one suv people and neighbors are very respectful apartments are really nice"
"Place is very dated.Heavy cockroach infestation. No consistency from the exterminators when they would come spray. No matter how many times they came problem would continue.Maintenance is not very good. Had to come ask them fix the same things multiple times. ie. Toilet, door panel. Parking is not very good either. People with larger vehicles made it very difficult to park next to. Car was broken into while I lived there. Cathy the former Assistant Manager was very rude and disrespectful at times. Packages I ordered when I lived were always late and on a few occasions lost or stolen. The only pro I would say is that Anne and Ashley were always very nice and professional."
"I was very fortunate to find Hickory Hill for my move to Texas. I was blessed to find a community of friendly neighbors and peaceful, quiet settings. Anne and Ashley are the most thoughtful staff anywhere. They make you feel like family. Our maintenance men are superior to any other place. The moment you walk in the office and meet the ladies you will be sold. I was. Thank you Hickory Hill for the best of the best apartment homes. I plan on making this my forever home."
""Hickory Hill Apartments is my great place to call "home". The entire staff Anne and Ashley and maintenance crew always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely. I could not feel safer anywhere else....it’s a beautiful quiet and peaceful neighborhood with all your shopping needs near by, with parks and trails within walking distance."
"Highly recommended!! This place is amazing, so quiet and peaceful . The staff is always pending of your needs, Anne and Ashley are so nice and they keep a great management of this complex. They care a lot about their residents. Any maintenance issue is solved immediately. The neighbors are very friendly. So far this is a great place to live. I’ve been here for more than a year and I have no complaints at all."
