"I wanted to speak with someone hire than Donna. I have been there several times lately and Rudy is very rude. I have heard her on the phone with Im guessing Donna discussing writing up employees and she stated that a customer complained about Jennifer. I was there for before Rudy showed up and did not hear one customer complain. Then again Rudy gets on the phone with Donna another day talking about wanting more hours and how the new girl Racheal was receiving alot of complaints. Not true. Im not quite sure what is going on here but this is my favorite place to come and I know myself and others have witnessed too much drama the past 3 months. I wouldn't normally put all this out here like this but someone needs to get control over Donna and Rudy and reign in their dramatics and bullying. Was super happy to see Jennifer back!! Also I think its very very rude to watch raunchy comedies on your Ipad while cuatomers are there Rudy!"

"What happened to the NICE staff at Shelbys? You walk in they greet you and offer you a drink? Now I walk in and I dont even get a hi or a chance to say hi. I get I NEED YOUR ID!!! And whats with Hitler Donna reprimanding all the employees all the time about where things should be? Quit pushing the furniture to the counter! Maybe Id like to sit and NOT have you in my conversations! Or hear you click click clicking on your damn phones! I wish I had a job where I could watch tv all day! Donna is too controlling. I feel like Im entering prison when I go there. Except with the abundance of smoke smell."
