"Purchased a pair of ON shoes and had problems with them very quickly. Brown's made it right by offering a alternative shoe in exchange. Great customer service, I will definitely be back to purchase more HOKA or Brooks shoes. Stay away from ON as they do not stand behind their shoes."

"Went right in, was greeted immediately. Showed the gentleman the issue I was having and that I was interested in getting a pair of Birkenstocks. He helped me pick out the shoe I wanted and I was out the door in less than ten minutes. He was also very informative and new what he was talking about. I highly reccomend shopping at Browns. You'll spend some money but it's worth it for the quality."
