"Food wasn't as over the top as the restaurant was. Went for brunch on Christmas Eve and they had it all decked out with a HUGE Christmas tree and it really got me in the holiday spirit :) The hotel is really neat and I'd love to go back and stay sometime."
"We stayed at DeSoto House and got breakfast from Courtyard twice. The Apple Compote French Toast was so good! I wish I got it the second day too. The lemon blueberry crepes were good but now I'm craving the apple French toast again. It didn't need syrup. The heavy whipped cream was a perfect compliment for it. My husband loved it too! We also ate at the Generals Restaurant and the pasta dishes were very good. Their bread/herb butter was amazing. Sarah, the server, was phenomenal. Very friendly and personable."
"Very nice restaurant located in the heart of downtown. I had the Cuban and it was "ok" ..too sweet for my liking. I found out it's less sweet of you remove the pickle. Others at my table had Mac and cheese, fries, fruit, and more. The service was very good, the staff - especially the latina ladies working here - are awesome. The place is very nice. I could do without the General Lee portrait on the wall but hey, to each his own. I would return again next time I'm in town but I won't be getting the Cuban."
