"the area is full of traffic that doesn't make sense, the high school is 30 mins away and not good and the post office never gets the mail right. All around the apt look nice but trashed most of the time"

"THE MOST DANGEROUS APARTMENT IVE EVER LIVED IN!!! I don’t EVER write reviews hardly but I would have wanted someone to warn me. There is constant fighting, not just words like actual physical fighting between residents. There is actual shooting as well. I have gone to the manager and she means well but I believe it’s way too much for her. Now I’m just waiting for my lease to run its course because NOTHING is being done. Someone took or attempted to take their trash out and it fell down the stairs and trash fell out. On day 3 I reported it to the assistant manager. It sat there for nearly 3wks!!! This place is filthy. I am embarrassed to have company. Police is in front of my apartment several times a week…don’t believe me check with the Converse police department!!! Seriously if you care for your family and especially your children DO NOT move here!!!"

"My grandparents moved down from out state , looking for an apartment. This complex has poor communication skills. Does not answer the phone because I tried calling myself for 2 days , during office hours . A co worker named Clarissa works there RUDE as can be , you can’t miss her she’s the rude one. Poor customer service , very rude to my grandmother. I am in the same industry and I would never ever talk to a future resident that way. Lease here for price but if you want to be treated / spoke to right do not lease here. The property manager thankfully stepped in and was more pleasant to work with."

"My apartment needs repairs, which I'm still waiting for. My closet's interior wall had a leak, and now black mold is developing there. Nearly two weeks have passed, and the maintenance has still not resolved the problem. If I check the website to see if my request has been fulfilled, I'm very confident it will read "work order completed," just like it has in the past for other maintenance requests. Definitely not good for my asthma."

"This property has been amazing! I have lived here since the beginning and I couldn’t complain. From the manager to the maintenance men. The manager Belinda has been amazing since day 1 she is always helpful when I need something. She goes above and beyond if I have any concerns or complaints. Even the assistant manager Carol. They are an amazing management team. The maintenance men do an amazing job. If there is trash outside the dumpsters I always see them as soon as Monday comes from the weekend they pick it up always around picking trash up. If I have any maintenance orders they are quick to handle them and make sure they’re taken care of. The front gate is always fixed if it is broken. I have not had any issues and I am glad to call The Arcadian my home."
