I'm moving in from another city and Celia handled my application swiftly, helped me find the perfect unit for me needs, and provided excellent customer service. This has been the easiest, fastet, and most straightforward leasing process I have ever experienced. I'm very excited to live here, the amenities are well maintained and information for getting internet, utilities, etc set up are straightforward. Love, love, love it!"

"A good neighborhood, a quiet apartment complex, and close to many things. We’ve lived here for almost 4 years. Our unit is spacious and repairs get done in a timely manner. The only thing is the gate is constantly getting messed up (which they always end up fixing), the trash is always overflowing and messy (you get charged if its not in the compactor) and lastly, our walls are peeling pretty bad due to shifting."

"Where do I start…. The apartments themselves are nice. Celia at the front office is cool too, BUT within the first FIVE days of residing here at these apartments made me definitely rethink my choice. First off, we pay for trash services but apparently if you don’t put the trash inside of the trashcan, even when it’s full (they have it OVER FLOWING with big items , such as beds, furniture etc) the maintenance people, will allegedly charge you $200 for anything they put in the trash can for you. That’s what the maintenance man Luis threaten me with. I had just moved in not even two days, my bf threw all my boxes in the trash-can area put them on the side neatly because it was over full and they instead of just throwing it in the trashcan and doing their job decided to grab all the boxes, carry them up three flights of stairs and bombard my door with them. As soon as I open my door, all the boxes fell inside of my apartment. When I went to go bring it to the attention of the manager Alice, I asked her to show me where in my lease was it that I would be charged if they had to do that and she said that it wasn’t on my lease and I wouldn’t be charged, but prior management basically did whatever they wanted. After that not even two days later my car got towed from the apartment complex because it didn’t have the registration sticker on it even though the registration was paid , because the sticker wasn’t on it they towed it. When I went to go ask the front office they had the door locked didn’t let me inside. I ask for the information and they wrote down a number on a ripped piece of paper and handed it to me through the door. Very unprofessional, very unsympathetic and just overall not a good luck for the apartment management. I thought I did my research before moving in here but clearly not enough my lease is signed and I can’t do nothing about it but it makes me very sad that this is the treatment that I’ve had not even in the first five days of living in this apartment complex, anybody thinking of moving here they are nice apartments, but just keep in mind that maintenance is petty AF management doesn’t want to take anything to corporate. They want to handle it but don’t really handle it and they will not give you corporate information. You could Google it and it comes up, but still that is very unprofessional in my opinion."

"I had recently moved out a few months ago due to some things going on in my life but when I lived here this was home to me. The staff was amazing and always super helpful and the manager Zach was always so kind and did his job and got things taken care of. They have added so much to the apartments as well and it just looks fantastic. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live either there family or even if you are alone!"

"I love it here. I love the staff, as well. I have had such a wonderful experience here that I renewed my lease to stay another year. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they make sure when things need to be fixed maintenance is on it. Although they deal with some who are less than understanding and nice they maintain their professionalism, smiles, and helpful nature's. They work hard to keep the residents as happy as possible even with a full workload. I appreciate everything they have done and do for us. You guys rock, keep up the great work."
