"wish I could leave no stars on this place. honestly lived here for 7 years and something always went wrong. got off the phone with a Stephanie or whatever her name was earlier and she was telling me we will be fined for leaving a mattress by the dumpster (something everyone does there already without issue) and it'll be a 75 dollar charge despite being told by someone who claimed to be maintenance it was okay then she laughed at me about it and told me a different resident told her we left the mattress there. guess one person's word is better than mine in the first place. you don't laugh at people when they have issues and you certainly don't hang up on them and then ignore their calls when they want to make sure things go smoothly. glad I'm moving out and never looking back just wish I could get my years back from living in this place"

"Just wanted to warn everyone that even though this place looks nice, management is horrible. My experience: 5/17/18 Right when I walked in office, I see Becky talking with a woman at desk. This was my first time visiting and she never greeted me. I waited ten minutes before she said hello. Off to a rocky start, she gave me information about the apartments available. A $690 and above apartments only. I said ok, got an application, thanked her and left. I follow up that Friday and called once an hour for the remainder of the day on Friday. No returned calls. I called Saturday, no answer. Frustrated, I call and leave a voicemail that I was on the way to the office because I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Behold, no one is there. Sign with a clock said be back at 10:00 o clock. It was already 11:30am. I'm glad I'm not moving here, because no one works here. I dealt with better management at Heights on Perrin. Becky, why are you getting paid not to work?"

"My husband and I came to this location applying for a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. The lady in the office was never there. I needed the apartment for November so we applied here on September and the lady at the office assured us that she would have an available apartment by then. She lied. After we gave her the application and the money for the application which was near to $185 dollars, she never called me back. I tried calling her but she wouldn't answer and if she did answer, she would tell me how busy she was and that someone in her family died, or that she was always busy because she was the only one working in the office by herself. In other words, she sounded annoyed by me. So DON'T GO THERE, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DO HAVE AVAILABLE APARTMENTS, BUT IT'S JUST A LIE FOR THEM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY."

"Applied for a one bedroom apartment in December 2017. Made payment of $110.00 on January 4, 2018. Was told I was approved on January 5, 2018 and move in would be in about two weeks(Apartment 106). Today is February 15, 2018 and I still have not heard much from Becky except that the apartment is still not ready yet. My calls go unanswered for days at a time. Finally reached her on the emergency number...she was obviously annoyed by that. Becky was very rude and later disconnected my call after I told her if she did not have the apartment available she needed to be upfront and give me a refund. I am editing my post because today is March 2, 2018 and I still have not heard anything from Becky or the management of this apartment. I am still waiting....!"
