"Ruined my mom’s birthday party. PLEASE TEACH ANNA WHAT FOOD ALLERGIES ARE! Came here with my mom and family for her birthday. We were waited on by Anna. My food wasn’t bad, just not hot. the service was beyond atrocious. My grandpa had to wait nearly 30 minutes for his drink, I ordered the same time as them and I got my food in a reasonable amount of time. However, I specifically asked for there to be no sour cream or onions in my loaded baked potato and I didn’t see them until after I took a bite because I was so hungry. This is not as trivial as it may seem, as sour cream makes me sick to my stomach. So thank you for that. Both my brother and I double confirmed our substitutions with the waitress. Her response to my brother upon him reminding her that he had requested a PLAIN cheeseburger with JUST CHEESE. And she had the audacity to say “you just have to push them to the side”. I don’t know if it’s because my brother and I look younger or stand out but it felt very condescending and disrespectful. If she had just said “oh I’ll fix that in just a minute/right now” and maybe apologized or showed a bit of concern, I probably would’ve just accepted the above and not written this review. Instead, my brother asked for a new top bun (since it had all the toppings on it) and she reluctantly took the plate back and replaced the bun and seemed annoyed. Not the first time we’ve been here and been served by her, and each time she’s constantly apologized and said “we’re just so busy”. Half the restaurant is empty… and despite the waitress’s claims that “we’re just so busy” we spotted her outside multiple times. My mom said the staff were rolling their eyes at her before everyone else got there because she wasn’t sure exactly what time everyone was coming. And that at one point, she almost had a table taken from her because an employee told another employee she wasn’t using it."

"This was my first time visiting. Been in the area for so long and not sure why I have t visited. ( possibly location) A group of 5 was easily accommodated, indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. Very nice patio section, lighting, and atmosphere. It's large, open, yet still intimate. Suitable for groups as well as a date. Fish and chips were what was recommended from word of mouth and that's what I went with. Portions were more than generous. Fresh food and prompt we were more than happy with food quality. We will be back. PLENTY OF PARKING! Wheelchair accessible and very clean!"

"We are in town for our niece’s event and staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. We invited family out to eat by the hotel since it was along day of traveling. We had a party of 7 that asked for a table at 8:20 and was told 30-40 minute wait, so we all sat at the bar. We all ordered drinks and they were all a sugary mess. The bartender said she was 19 and had no idea what she was doing, the old fashioned was syrupy and red, even my beer was poured into a hot glass, so every drink was messed up. I attached the empty pictures because this was how the restaurant looked when we were finally seated. EMPTY! So why did we have to wait the full 40 minutes to an hour for our table? The staff was unbelievably rude. Our waiter was Blake and I watched him snatch the menu from my mother-in-law’s hand. I would not recommend this restaurant. I usually try and only post good reviews but every now and then I have such a terrible experience that they deserve the bad review. And there is a picture of the soggy wings we ordered…."
