"I like their coffee, and the store is convenient to my route."
"Hyvee Locust Starbucks Ordered 3 drinks with extra stuff per request of whom I was buying for. They have less then normal and when I politely asked if that was the order for extra she said ya and they have it. Very poor service and no extras that were paid for as I watched them be made. Regretting leaving a $5 tip before I got my drinks. They could have politely just added the extra to the drinks."
"Not to be overly critical of the other Dubuque locations, but this one "does right good!" I highly recommend getting the Medicine Ball during this cold and flu season as this tea helps soothe sore throats and stuffy noses."
"The Batistas were both very warm and welcoming. Very fast & polite also. I enjoyed my red velvet cake slice too. Thanks for the recommendation. I normally go to Dodge street but I recently moved. I even like this Hyvee location better. I'm all about great customer service & they get a 10/10."
