"Great experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, great service (Thank you, Madison), and the drinks were so good. I was also impressed at how quickly the food was served. I ordered the bourbon legend burger, and it was delicious. For drinks, I had The Mooney Blues (7.5/10), Orange Crushable (8.5/10), Town Clock (6.5/10). Orange crushable was by far my favorite beer. A nice balance between sweet and sour. It tastes like orange Fanta but with a hint of cotton candy. Mooney Blues is a good choice overall. Town Clock is a bit too light for my taste. There isn't much going on in terms of flavor."

"This is by far one of the best breweries to visit while I'm Dubuque. The food was so good, better than most brew fare. The beers were equally good, and so many options to choose from. It is a large space and can accompany Argentina parties. I think we had 40 ppl here when we were in town. Be sure to add this brewery to your travel to list."

"Overall great experience and recommend anybody to check this place out. I will definitely come back again soon to try more items off the menu. Environment was Lively with lots of seating and a big bar. There is a stage for live music and bathrooms were very clean. Great place to bring a large group of people. The food in the service is what I was most impressed with. See attached pictures of the menu items picture below. Was very impressed with the nachos. If I could make a recommendation I would request double brisket or pulled pork otherwise no complaints. Other menu items is the Seven Hills Burger. They offer sweet potato fries which were really good but I would request them to be a little bit more crispy. I would say the food quality along with the portion sizes are in line with the prices. See drink menu attached which I thought was really good. Lot of good local beers on tab. I was told there are no ciders on the menu. Overall great experience. Again very impressed with the service. We were there on a Sunday afternoon when it was completely full and we had a party of six. Our food and drinks came out very quickly which I was super surprised by. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and overall look forward to stopping in again to check out more menu items next time I'm in town."

"My husband & I had spent the night in Dubuque after being towed there the previous day (car transmission trouble)and we had the entire day to kill waiting on friends who were coming to tow our vehicle home. We stopped by for a drink & Matty was working behind the bar. As we conversed he asked what brought us in, so we shared that we had broke down near Madison the day prior, and were still a ways from home. As we finished our first drink he delivered 2 more then we asked for our check-he insisted these were taken care of, handed us some cool 7 Hills logo stickers and told us we had enough to worry about. His kindness was so genuine and we truly want to give a huge shout out to this guy! He restored our faith in humanity during a bad time. Once our friends arrived we actually went back for dinner -everything we ordered was amazing! Alyssa was a wonderful server! Go support this local business! We will always appreciate the hospitality!"

"One of the best breweries in Dubuque! They have a great set-up for music. We had an awesome plate of brisket nachos. Some of the best we’ve had! They have a house made cheese sauce…none of that neon yellow stuff. We also liked all four of the beers that we sampled."
