"Good food. We had Chicago dogs. Fries are fresh and crispy. Other time the owner had coupons out and let us use them."
"Mom & Pop diner. Comfort food. I had the Gyros Supreme. The food was great and the owner served us herself. The gyros tasted authentic (for Iowa, this is not Greece) and feta cheese, onions and tomatoes were included with the meal. The tzaziki sauce was homemade and good. The owners were friendly and personable. Greeted us coming in and thanked us as we left. They have been in business for over 15 years with a winning combination."
"I loved this place... It used to be fairly priced. 2 gyro meals .. plus the buy 2 get one free baklava plus 2 drinks ( in which it's apparent they don't clean the lines even the new starry was AWFUL... Only took one drink)cost 37 dollars. It made me sad. I got the smallest pieces of baklava ( all 3 together the size of my hand) and the fries were cold... Mild sauce was an extra charge and it's basically sweet baby Ray's sauce..."
"Absolutely the best gyros we’ve ever had. We always stop here when we visit town. The owners are a fun Greek couple. I think they’ve been running the place for 14-15 years. The gyro meat is fresh off the spit, rather than some rubbery freezer formed patties. Good french fries. Good service. Reasonable prices."
"The food was pretty good. The service was great. The open area of the dining room is small but that was fine because not many people were there. My 9 year old son who absolutely loves burgers said this burger didn’t taste like a regular burger and he rated it a 3, but he ate it all. My husband and I enjoyed our Gyros."
