"Place is a joke. Beer is good, atmosphere is cool, that's about it. Guy running the place has a bad attitude and offered terrible service. Ironically there's a "no whining" sign in the front. Our waiter is moping around whining about being overworked and wanting to get rid of this place. They had a bunch of junk occupying some of the tables and it felt really unprofessional like it's their living room. Food was horrendous $17 for the worst food I've experienced in years. It was like being over a friend's house as a kid and their parents boiled some dollar store hotdogs and hand you a plate of grey slop. Absolutely no love or care put into what could have been a great way to experience a little German culture. It's disrespectful honestly."

"A wonderful old world experience. Lots of German atmosphere in which to enjoy the excellent food. The chicken cabbage soup was superb and worthy of a five star restaurant. Our party raved about the food. The staff is friendly and engaging."
"Great place. Food was fantastic. 2 of us ordered Hungarian goulash. I liked it. Plenty of sauce. The other ordered Rouladen. It was excellent. German music playing. Home cooked food. We had Bavarian cream cake for dessert. Wow!!!! It was wonderful. Perfect service. Friendly. I will be back!!"
