"I’ve had a few workers there in the past not be super awesome. However the last several times I have gone there (for food for myself and for DoorDash orders) the staff has been very friendly and I appreciate the genuine “thank you” and “have a good day” that they say."
"It's fast food. Sometimes, they run out of stuff. Employees are really fast at making the food and most of the time even say thanks, which is a hard one to get in today's world. It's a great place to get something late-night also."
"Went here because the Locust St location was "closed for an hour due to being short staffed" - while 2 employees in uniform clowned around outside. The Hillcrest location was perfect. Excellent service and quality! Far better choice and will be going here from now on."
"They first gave me someone else's order. Oh well, stuff happens. I went in and got my order and went on. I get home and look at my food, and i get what's pictured. This was supposed to be a cheesy bean and rice burrito with fries added to it. There's nothing but rice and cheese on this thing, not even beans. Who would want just cheese rice in a tortilla? Why would they make this? I'm quite baffled. Would not recommend."
