"$13 for a sandwich, small fry, and milkshake. Price wouldn't be such an issue if the small fry wasn't half filled and food was made correctly. My Jamocca shake had mint in it which means they don't properly clean. My bacon ranch sandwich had honey mustard instead of ranch. Very disappointed."
"Never really have anything good to say about restaurants that have closed lobby rude staff and long wait times. Especially if you're fast food. I think Arby's and other restaurants like the lobby closed, so the drive-thru can stay so congested that people would just leave. Go to this place at your own risk."
"Pulled up at 6:45 pm on a Saturday. Doors locked. Pulled up to drive thru, first thing they said is “I’m sorry we are out of roast beef”. How is Arby’s out of roast beef?!? It’s like all they do. I guess they lied when they said “We have the meats”. Apparently on weekends they don’t have the meats."
"My roast beef was moist, fresh and hot as it should be. Service was good also."
"The sandwich was good. The staff was arguing with each other about something. The guys making the sandwiches did not have a hair net or hat on and it looked like he did not have gloves on."
