"I placed an order on the app and let the drive through know my order number. They sent me ahead and I waited for 12 minutes in the drive through before someone told me that they didn't have what I ordered in the app. That they don't have what's in their app is annoying, but understandable. Having me wait 12 minutes when there are no other customers in the drive through line is unacceptable. This kind of service happens every few visits. The food is good, but not worth how spotty and bad the service often is."

"I have had to wait for food as long as more than an hour in the past (usually 20-30 min). This has been quite consistent for this location as of late. Although I only waited for 20 min the most recent time I went, they once again got my order wrong. The quality of the food is fine, but the service is abysmal. Both Popeyes in Cedar Rapids are better than this location. Don't waste your time here."

"Believe the reviews when you read them!!! These people are the absolute rudest I ever met! I couldn’t believe it what so ever! An employee here talked about my weight my facial hair and said I’m a tourist and don’t belong here! Another employee told me I couldn’t get my food fresh because it was too small of an order! All while these employees are arguing with me and insulting me the “ assistant manager “ is standing directly there laughing!!!!! LITERALLLY laughing in my face. And even though the food was cooked “ fresh” it was so bland and nasty. I would never eat here again with these employees!!!!!"

"Great food as long as you get this chicken sandwich or the chicken combo.The tenders were stringy & overcooked . Also, There's just this one lady that rude & argumentative for no reason. We had waited over 13 minutes for food after placing our order & driving to the designated spot. After time passed, I tried entering the store to check on my food, but the doors were locked. We had to call the store to ask what happened to the order. When we called asking about our food, the lady argued with us on the phone that we weren't sitting there for 13 minutes when the time stamp on the reciept showed we did. All the other staff is super nice though"

"I’ve been here 3 times in the past few months and they’ve given me 3 fries each time. The first 2 times an employee told us to pull ahead to the garbage can after paying. Gross. Chicken is consistently cooked to a crisp to the point I can’t chew half of it, they didn’t forget my biscuit but didn’t include honey. This was like $15… don’t go unless you check the food 2-3x"
