"I always think their food is great, like most restaurants today there is definitely a staff shortage. Tables were dirty, staff clearly looked drained, everyone was hustling. You could clearly see a look of desperation in people’s eyes. You feel bad, but you also can’t help notice the filthy surroundings, pop spilled all over, food scraps on the floor and tables that haven’t been wiped down in hours. Wish I had taken my food to go. Wasn’t even the latest part of lunch rush yet."
"There was a guy in he smelled like he just got done smoking weed! he also spit my food! he said his name was Egon. I tried to order food and he said some not nice things when we were ordering. I over heard them talking about a disabled person and making fun of him/her. Will not come back."
"I love Culver's. They are friendly most of the time. It can take a little bit for food to come out but we expect that for the quality. I love their drive through method, it seems more efficient than anyone else. However I'm disappointed that we can't order for delivery through doordash or something."
"Very clean and well run facility. Food was prepared according to company guidelines. Served quickly and was fresh. Young staff that was well trained and responsive. A place that obviously cares about their franchise agreement."
"My brothers family had moved to Dubuque. This is our first time visiting. We ordered a gluten free double cheeseburger and a medium fry. When we arrived at my brothers home, we had no fries! The day we were leaving we stopped in for a replacement. We were not given an order of medium fries! We paid - and they did not provide - they made the mistake!!!"
