"Bring back Anna and the old staff!!! These new girls have attitude and the truth is they’re lucky I’m on the phone with them bc I’m really tempted to drive there to see if they’d have the same energy in person. Doctors are great, staff is trash!!"

"Literally, the most rudest people work the front desk. Every time I have an appointment the same front desk lady has an attitude all the time it is rude. Also, you don’t get same-day appointments for one and if you are lucky enough to get a same-day appointment, you’re gonna be sitting in the waiting room for an hour after your appointment time and then when you finally get pulled back into the room, you’re probably gonna wait another hour. Any type of appointment you have you’re gonna be waiting for more than 45 minutes. My son had an appointment today at 10:45 AM. I have the flu myself OK so I’m getting him checked obviously for the flu and the appointment time was at 10:45 at 11:30. Somebody who came in 20 minutes after I did was getting pulled back before I did so I finally went up to the front desk lady and asked her politely at that. How long do you think it will be Until he’s able to be seen his appointment time was 1045 it’s over 30 minutes And she literally tells me I don’t know they’ll pull you back whenever he’s ready for you, and literally walks away from me. ID LEAVE 0 STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION"

"I'd leave 0 stars honestly....where to even begin with this terrible excuse for a pediatric office. First off, I work in health care, if you're going to call a patient you should probably get their name and gender correct especially after seeing them since birth. Everytime I've taken one of my 4 daughters in for a cold or sore throat they are ONLY tested for covid and flu and when those are both negative we are sent home with no prescription or suggestions to make them better. First thing he asks every visit is if my kids have been covid vaccinated and when I say no he belittled me for not having done so. My 3rd daughter had ear infections and loss of hearing that began at 18 months. I kept telling him it was her ears and she couldn't hear, but he would only send a referral for speech therapy...which I had to call 3 times a week for 6 months to FINALLY get the referral sent out. I finally was able to get her an appointment at a children's hospital for hearing tests and she was well below the threshold for speech meaning SHE COULDNT HEAR! So at 4 years old I was FINALLY able to get her tunes in her ears and she's now so far behind she has an expressive language disorder and who knows if that could've been different if he'd just listened to me when she was 18 months old. WORST DOCTOR EVER!"

"If I could give them a 0 star I would. This practice has changed a lot from when I started to take my kids. The male doctor that is there dose not know how to talk to his patients. I took my daughter for her yearly check up. He asked me if she stared her period already. I told him yes. He then asked me if I have talked to her about boys and sex. I told him no. As a mother you know when it’s the time to have that talk. I’ve had it with my older children. He then told me that what was I waiting on. That we live in Texas and did I want her to end up making a mistake. If I was not going to talk to her about it he could do it for me. I have never had a doctor talks to me that way and he made her really uncomfortable. I’ve taken all of my kids here and will definitely be changing doctors. My baby also got his shot there and has a bruise that has not gone away from it for 3 months now. All I’ve gotten as a response when I bring it up is that it will go away with time."
