Saratoga Apartments

"They were cool. Started off a little rough but they bounced back quickly. My favorite person in the office is Jaret (best leasing agent ever. Ask for him). Original apartment I was supposed to move i was not cleaned, luckily there was one available where I really wanted to be located (and it was just updated). Jeret got it all changed over very quickly. Maintenance requests (Sam is the man). I would say my complaints 1. People not picking up behind their dogs 2. The hallways and stairways not being cleaned 3. The valet trash people don’t come after 8pm like they are supposed to 4. Safety has become a concern with increasing law enforcement presence. 5. My upstairs neighbor lets someone bump thump run you name it at all times of the day and night and with our schedule… we never get good rest (now granted, I never addressed it cause I had already decided to move). It was great for a season, but for safety, price, location and amenities, I’m moving on. Thanks for the memories"

"Do not get an apartment from here, their maintenance will close your tickets without fixing anything. You have to pester their staff to get anything done. The WiFi package they force you to get, barely works and has horrible speed. The apartments have roaches."

"I’ve been living at this complex for almost two years now. I love the interior design of the actual apartment as well as the reserved, covered parking spot. However, I am being charged at least $175 over my agreed upon rent due to them converting to a community “smart package”. This includes access to a gate that is never consistently open or closed, valet trash, and community wi-fi. Previously with spectrum, I was paying $25 a month for wi-fi. Also, the office staff never seems concerned about any issues such as maitenance or problems with the property. The complex is dirty most of the time with the pool never been opening during the season due to multiple issues. Also, safety has been concerning due to multiple crimes reported on the property. Someone was arrested right outside my door a couple of weeks ago. Will not recommend this complex to anyone, please save your money and time."

"I have been living here since 2017 and ever since the apartment changed owners it has gone downhill. I have so many repairs that need to be done that have not been done since the change of ownership. The front office is apathetic and only apologize, but don’t do anything. An apology is not going to fix things. Every time I tell the front office that we are still needing something to be fixed, they say they are busy. Well they have been busy for three years! They obviously do have time because they come fix things for my front neighbor all the time. I request a service in the apartment portal, and they mark it as complete every time, but they never come. The few times that they do come, they break things instead of fixing them. My apartment gets flooded every time it rains, and nobody has come to fix it. My heater is not working at the moment, and I don’t think they will fix it. It is not worth the money that we are paying! When we move out, I’m sure they are not going to give us back our deposit because of all the things that are in poor condition due to their negligence."

"My friend lives here and it’s one nasty, trifling, overpriced complex. They ought to be ashamed of how the breezeways look and smell. You have to hold your breathe to make it through. The breezeway light in her building has been out for months, maintenance has been notified several time and even acknowledged the notifications, and yet, it’s still pitch black in the breezeway. You have to use the light on your cell phone to see. The storage unit for maintenance is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I drove pass it while leaving and couldn’t believe my eyes. I wouldn’t want anything from or anyone coming out of it to come close to my unit. The units have all types of issues that maintenance fail to fix properly, only do patch work. Not to mention parking is horrendous!! Good luck with that if you visit after 5pm. This isn’t a complex I would recommend to my worst enemy!!"
