"I’m a resident here at summers crossing and I’ve seen neighbor 2507 with her four dogs outside letting them poop and not clean up after themselves. And neighbor 2612 take his dog and not clean after that dog. It is disgusting behind building 26 poop everywhere that’s where they take there dogs and not clean after them. This is Plano and those neighbors are making this apartment look dirty and disgusting. Please communicate with neighbors 2507 and 2612 about cleaning after there dogs they probably don’t even have there dogs on the lease. Thanks so much."

"The worst apartment you could ever choose, they gave me the house a year ago and the kitchen was soooo dirty the drawers the cabinets were full of stains the closets were missing their knobs everything is messed up. The only thing is good about is it’s location other than that I don’t recommend living here at all. I called the office like 3 times about pest control and they didn’t send anybody to fix it. It’s been over than 3 weeks and I have some weird insects in the kitchen. I hate it here I can’t wait to move out"

"I’ve lived here for five years and have always given 5 stars. The past two years there’s been new ownership, change and honestly things seem to have gone downhill. Myself and many others have requested a dog park as well as others things. Im mainly disappointed with the communication between the office and myself. Its not difficult to respond through via app, email, note on door or phone, which the office has all my information. And yes, I’ve had to made arrangements to get some form of communication by going into the office during office hours. Furthermore, I three give stars because Kirk is awesome, clean yards, secluded from busy streets and great location."

"After Covid was calming down rents went up over $400 a month-this is a small 1 bdrm/1bath-we were told this was to make up for other people not paying their rent or skipping out during Covid. The management company would not negotiate or come down for those of us that kept paying ON TIME EVERYTIME. They updated apartments as people moved out so those of us that stayed were paying higher prices for outdated apts & newer people were paying lower rates for updated apts.(new appliances, countertops, floors, ect.) They say we are paying for amenities but we only have pool & small exercise room. Had two jacuzzi's when we moved in but they were sealed up-no refund for taking that amenity away. Then they installed smartlocks on the doors & told us later we be required to pay a $30 "technology fee" in addition to our rent for something the property should be paying for. The locks are unreliable & have a number of issues. This place will nickel & dime you & the people in the office are rude & the management company doesn't care about anything but money."

"I am living here almost a year now and here is my unbiased review. Walls and counters are super cheaply painted and finished. When I first rent the apartment, there were broken fixtures and carpets were not cleaned and ac vent was dirty. Upon my request , they all been taking care of. In winter time, storms rain leaked inside the walls and they re still not painted back so walls have yellow stain now. One of the maintenance staff left , after that one of the office staff left , management has changed except Alex and Kirk. I never have had an issue with Alex when I put a request maintenance order. However, I can’t say the same thing for Kirk. Almost 10 of my requests have been marked as completed yet nothing was done when I asked Kirk. Obviously, he has something against me because this is not happening the first, second, third or forth time. The apartment complex got dirtier and not safe like it used be. Kirk also refused to give me manager’s phone number and manager is not in the office every week so good luck with that. Kirk also forced me to change the locks in the door without my presence at the apartment which I stated that I did not consent. They supposed to do that before I moved in, I even asked for it but they said it needs to stay the way it is and now they re trying to change it because they will charge money monthly for the smart locks . They also refused my request to install it. Kirk’s manner is forceful, rude, not accommodating. He made me feel obligated, helpless, taking advantage of, no one to reach out to.They also left my house door open when I was on a vacation for a month. No apologies whatsoever. If you gonna give somebody position in the office , that should be Alex , not Kirk and a manager in the office at least 4 days in a week is needed , not once in a month"
