"Rooms are fine. My only gripe is with the lights. Which are harsh white and not the usual soft yellow. Not a good ambience for evenings. The breakfast buffet is pretty good"

"Entire hotel is very clean & well kept. Staff are all very pleasant & helpful. Indoor pool is very clean and a big hit with the grandkids. Complimentary breakfast is very well done. Location is perfect for access to local area happenings. We will be back."

"Yvonne and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. They helped me to surprise my pastor by setting up her room prior to our arrival, with gifts that I purchased and shipped to the hotel. Yvonne went even further as to volunteer to go pick up a fruit basket locally if I could not get one shipped in time. I spoke to several staff members over the phone before arriving, and they were ALL pleasant and displayed excellent customer service skills and we received the same service when arriving. Every year, I attend a conference at the Hilton Granite but they had no rooms this year so we stayed at the SpringHill suites and I am glad we did. This is now my new favorite place to book when in that area and I will be back to stay again."

"Breakfast is not as good as it could be. Rooms are small but it’s okey. Everything seems to be acceptable until the first night of our stay I felt a kind of insect on our bed, next morning I had two ants around my face. There was a plague on the mattress. They offer to change room, so, if you decide to stay here, check your beds before go to sleep!"
