"I understand the clinic can get busy, but when calling about a child who has sudden facial swelling on the side of what's been a problematic, enlarged node and is experiencing discomfort, acting annoyed and saying there's no way we can be seen until June 2nd isn't the way to handle it. I even asked if we could be seen at any of the other locations and was told I should maybe just call our regular family doctor if we want to be seen. Our regular family doctor would promptly tell us to see our Dr from Cooks about this. I'm glad I called the main location for Cooks and they said we could come there tomorrow thankfully!! It doesn't take much to be a little kinder and more helpful - really appaled at the treatment from the Grapevine location this morning."
