"If you have an appointment with Olaynika Omowunmi Suberu reschedule with a different doctor. She is VERY rude, and does not care about you or your pain. Everybody else was extremely nice. I waited MONTHS for my appointment only for this woman to not even check me and be rude when I addressed my pain."

"Worst staff I’ve ever dealt w in a medical field. If you don’t want to work w people, why ARE YOU WORKING IN HEALTH? & the appointments are months out & they REFUSE to work you in. They don’t have catheters that are you child’s size, & don’t know what they’re doing. Worst place ever, don’t ever bring your kids here. They don’t care about you or your children. Only reason I’m giving 1 star is because you have to pick a star in order to post a review. ZERO STARS"
"I come every 3 months for an appointment. Literally every single time people are scheduled at 7:30 which is when they open, the security is always there before the rest of the staff. This morning it took 30 minutes to get checked in because there was nobody at the front desk. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 and it takes an hour at least just to get called back. It's not like we have other appointments we are waiting behind. We are literally the first appointments of the day. I can't imagine how long it might take for those who come later in the day. I just don't understand why it's always like this. Apparently their management does not care if staff arrive on time and they don't have any sense of urgency. I guess I should just find another clinic."
"Overall i do not recommend coming here. They made me sign in to MAKE an appointment. And then the receptionist asked me if i called already to make an appointment. I called everyday and they NEVER pick up the phone. i was waiting almost 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone and they never did. So i had to come to make an appointment and still sit and wait 30 more minutes to MAKE IT. This is unbelievable. Do better and have better customer service ."
