"My family and I have been living here for what will be seven years in May. And overall we love it here. Our building location is the best if you ask me lol The ladies in the office is the absolute BEST!! I just love Wendy and Esmeralda! When it comes to any and I do mean ANYTHING those ladies are whom I call on. They not only solve problems and etc, they also have awesome events during holidays for adults and children but they also have great events during the summer for learning with the children and more. Wendy has always been an helping hand and she has a lot to do with why my family has stayed as long as we have. We thank you so very much Wendy. We love it here. If you are looking for a place to stay come by and check out Timbers@121. Overlook the negative comments. No place is perfect you guys. But this place isn’t bad at all."
"My family and I have been here for nearly 7 years and counting. It’s a pretty nice place to live and conveniently located near everything. Management has been awesome during our time here. I want to give a shout out to Wendy. She has been a big part of the reason why we stayed so long. Wendy, thank you for working with us and our family as long as you have. "Today I moved into my first apartment ever! I was so nervous at first, The management team is great! Wendy and Esmeralda are the best at what they do! They checked on me multiple times to update me on my application. When I finally got approved I went in person and spent the whole afternoon figuring out what I need to finish next! Wendy was so amazing, I really appreciate all the patience she had for me. She had my back all the way during the whole process! I rly can’t say how much I appreciate Wendy so much, she definitely deserves a raise! I can’t wait to feel relaxed and safe thanks to Wendy & Esmeralda! I hope y’all have a great day!
