I never thought I would get to live in an apartment like this. if I ever hear of anyone looking for an apartment out that way I will certainly recommend here. "This is a beautiful place to live with a great sense of community and really fun amenities. It’s in a safe and quiet area somewhat on its own so it is very peaceful outside. You’re still close enough to town too that nothing is too far. Landscaping is always well kept. It’s just a very nice place to be and great place to be if you have a pet. Even though I don’t have a pet, I love seeing all of my neighbors taking their dogs to the dog parks. I think it’s a great place to live for pet owners because there is just so much space for your pet if you have one. And pretty much everyone picks up after their pets which is greatly appreciated. It keeps the property looking nice. When moving here, one thing that I’d ask questions about is guest parking. Just to see if you’re okay with the way it works and parking availability for your guests. At some apartments you’re able to have your guests register their vehicles online, but here you have to go into the office or get in touch with them somehow in order to get a tag for your guests to hang in their car. If you don’t they have to park at the office which is very limited when it comes to parking spaces. Not a deal breaker to me though! I have only experienced one issue and it mainly has to do with maintenance. I have had an issue for 2 months now and have only had one person come to check it out and have not heard anything as far as updates on it since. I have even reached out to maintenance 4 times and the office 1 time with no responses which is pretty upsetting considering what it is that I need to be fixed. Overall though, I highly recommend the Mark on Conquest."

"I had the best experience with Ava while becoming a new resident at the Mark on Conquest. She was super sweet and kind. She delivered excellent customer service. She even took the time to hand write a letter welcoming my family and I to the apartments. I really appreciate that even though it was a small gesture it made my day. Sam in maintenance was extremely kind. Shari was also so sweet and helpful with the move into the apartment. As for the property it is very clean and well taken care of. It seems quite which is a plus for me. My overall experience with the property has been nothing be amazing."

"I lived at the mark on conquest for 2 years and it was a great experience. I always felt very safe, Hannah, Samantha, and Bill were always on top of things. Loved the amenities, dog park, peleton, gym, clean pools, outdoor kitchen area, firepit... they would doo pool parties with a dj, different food vendors. It was such a good time and felt like it was a very close community. :) Very easy to get packages delivered, and communication was easy either through their portal, or email. The only reason I left was because they sold to another management company and went up a significant amount on my rent and I could not justify spending that much on a 700 sf 1 br 1bath apartment. I had a garage($175) , 1st floor with a small yard($150) not facing pool. And my rent was going from $1,391 to $1,679. But overall experience was great!!"
