"I don't live there but I know some people who do... There is a serious mice issue over there.. I have seen it with my own eyes. Its really to the point where you should throw the whole place away and start over... there should just not be that many in some ones home. I hope and pray you guys help everyone that is dealing with this issue in their homes because its not ok."

"Communication to new applying tenants is not the greatest. They do not communicate the time frame. You need to have what documents in in the time you need to have them in If your apartment does give him ready and you're on a waiting, list and you're at work. They don't leave a voicemail and they don't send a text message and if they send you an email and it returns back to them saying that it wasn't delivered. They just move on to the next person so that means that they never really reach me in the first place and I was calling every week every week to check in and they said well I didn't call within 24 hours of them trying to notify me so I got put back on the bottom of the waiting list which was another hundred and something days My heart was devastated and all I could do was cry They did not leave me a voicemail. She said she sent me an email but she said that the email return back to her saying it wasn't delivered. I never received the email and she did not text me And I have zero missed calls"
