"Despite the many bad reviews. I have been living here for about 3 Months. I have no issues, it’s well kept, quiet, everybody is Friendly and looks out for one another. The Lady In The Office Is the sweetest person ever. Not to mention the connivence of all the stores and restaurants around. Everything Is Great So far. If You’re Looking For a nice quiet apartment you’ve found the right place."

"This is some pictures I wanted to share with everyone that reads these reviews. This is the Stuarts Apartment after they moved out and decided to write a review telling the readers they cleaned the place. She stated that she even shampooed the carpet and cleaned from top to bottom.....whoa!!! not true at all as you can see, I have a lot more, these are just a few."

"DO NOT stay here.the manager seems so sweet at first but truly isn't. When we moved out we were never returned oir deposit for the fact that "There were holes in the wall." My mother and myself lived here on the first floor. My mom works with Dallas Police Department, why would we put holes in the wall? There weren't any holes in the walls when we left.... It's BS. DON'T LET HER SWEET FACE AND VOICE FOOL YOU."

"Management at these apartments is very bad.The manager was very sweet at the beginning but then seemed not to care. She was never in her office, I asked to get my restroom leakage fixed about 3-4 times and they never got through. I also got charged for supposedly not cleaning my apartment when I left. They only returned 17% of my deposit of 700 dollars!! I would not recommend living in these apartments, your requests will not be answered."

"This was probably the most ridiculous and greedy place I have ever lived. We have lived/traveled a lot of places and have always gotten our deposit back. This however was very deceiving. Prior to our move the managers daughter Stephanie who we knew personally informed us that we would probably be charged with a higher amount because the apartments are upgrading to hardwood floors after the tenants move out. She was indeed correct. After we moved out we got a ridiculous charge that is unheard of. Stephanie herself also lived there at one point and moved out because she in her words said the owners were greedy. My husband recently wrote a review and I find it funny how the apartments are trying to defend themselves and give false information. Not to mention she gave herself a five star rating which is kind of funny just to boost up her ratings. The truth of the matter is I shampooed the floors, scrubed the place from head to toe and even replaced all the blinds and lightbulbs in the apartment. I made sure that the apartment was spotless. Not to mention that I even donated $1000 workout Machine to their workout facility. Which I'm sure the landlord put in her apartment instead of the workout room. As far as no notice we gave a four month notice and you're only required to give a 90 day notice . So yes we were in compliance with our lease. It's laughable how she says that my husband put a fictitious name. The only one I find fake is the manager herself. I have talked to several other people that had lived there and since then moved out and they are also very disappointed in the apartments as well. Bottom line if you're looking for nice luxurious apartments these are probably not the place for you. In the end they will TRY to milk you for all your money."
