"We have recently moved to these apartments about 2 months ago. And the previous staff was beyond terrible!! I’m very impressed with the new staff at The Blue Villa. Jennifer, Charlene and the rest of the staff have been amazing."

"If I could give zero stars, I would! Management is the absolute worst! They didn't even bother to call or communicate with me about fixing the AC in the middle of the summer until I insisted on it. From late May to August, I had to endure triple-digit heat with no AC while being pregnant. It was unbearable! I told them about the issue, how my AC was leaking above my tub, and all they did was look at it, see the bucket and towels I had put to catch the water, and say there's nothing they could do. They closed the work order just like that! I had to go to the office every day and demand that they fix the situation because my apartment was becoming unlivable. Not only was it hot, but I couldn't even cook because it would make the apartment even hotter. So much of my groceries went to waste, and eating out every day was not affordable. And when I mentioned that the broken AC was causing my electrical bill to double, they said nothing could be done. It was just one frustration after another. I even called them during my lunch break at work, pleading for help, but they just brushed me off, saying it could take time to fix. I couldn't live like that anymore. Finally, after raising my voice a bit, they gave me a progress update. it took all that just to get them to take action? Not to even mention my water heater breaking and flooding my apartment and them never fixing the carpet and flooring after I called emergency maintenance. Management was a problem from day one, and never helpful always acting like you were a major inconvenience to their life if you actually reached out for help from them and all you were asking is for them to do their JOB!!! Anyway if you are looking for apartments save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"No AC THE WHOLE SUMMER, awful management, the kept the deposit using the excise that they have to clean the carpet but the carpet was already bad when we move (even with some peanuts that my wife is allergic to) roaches, and they got worse when we didn’t have AC during SUMMER, if you can find other place go there. The Karen in management needs to chill… they offer to keep the rent same price if we didn’t move out but I rather live with in my car until I could get another place."

"Horrible management that doesn’t care. No service after the sale. Poorest most unprofessional office. I rented apartment and was given both covered parking and garage. Hmmm covered parking occupied. Garage same. Office mgmt Desiree reassigns new garage but tells me to park in covered spot when vacant which I do. I come back to a towed car. Blue Lake covers cost but I have to travel 1.5 hours each way to get my vehicle. When new manger Bobbie asks Desiree what happened the reply is “I don’t know how to check vacancies” new manger Bobbie resolves. I consistently had “sugar ants” in apartment which were sprayed on many occasions but still existed. Called office about frozen landing after ice storm and they did come de-ice but don’t unless asked. Maintenance turn over was high and they were 3 months behind schedule per maintenance man on requests. Privacy gate was always with issues and so was property while I was a tenant. If you are looking for cheap rent which I was then this is great for that. But if you’re not wanting a headache and can afford better quality then rent elsewhere. I paid the penalty and left within 6 months. Hopefully it has gotten better since new manager took over which takes time."
