"If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. I stayed at this place for 1.5 years (1 year in one apt. + 6 months in another apt. in the same complex). First not sure what was wrong with the air conditioning system the electric bill was always high no matter how much you use it. I was paying more than $150 every month. But the main reason for writing this review is the TOTAL OF $237.47 that I was charged after moving out. $135 was for kitchen counter top in the apartment I stayed just 6 months in. They charged additional $70 for cleaning and another $32.47 on top of that for some other cleaning. There was no communication from them before posting these charges. This was after paying my rent and all charges always on time and keeping apartment very clean as I was the only occupant. It has been a year since I have moved out and it still angers me. I was moving out of state so I think they took advantage of my situation. The leasing office staff was also always rude during any email communication or otherwise. Leasing office also is randomly closed on weekends. AVOID this place at all costs, they ACT nice to you only till the lease has been signed. They will try to get as much money as they can from you when you move out!"
